How it works

Male health concerns often develop gradually, showing up as subtle changes in energy, strength, mood, libido, or recovery. These early signals are frequently overlooked, yet they reflect deeper shifts in hormones, thyroid function, cortisol regulation, mitochondria, and blood quality. Left unaddressed, these imbalances can affect long term metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, mental wellbeing, and overall quality of life.

You will answer a short series of questions across eight key areas that influence male hormone balance and energy production. These include testosterone, oestrogen balance, prostate health, thyroid function, cortisol patterns, anaemia risk, and mitochondrial efficiency.

The questions are simple and quick to complete, yet structured to highlight meaningful insights into the physiology that drives male health and performance.

Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Steve.

For nearly two decades I have worked with men who want to improve their energy, strength, metabolic health, and long term vitality.

My clinical approach combines nutrition, lifestyle, and functional medicine to uncover the root causes of low testosterone, declining performance, poor recovery, weight gain, and chronic fatigue.

I specialise in male cardiometabolic health, hormone balance, and energy optimisation, using advanced assessments and personalised strategies to help men regain clarity, motivation, physical capability, and confidence in their health.

My goal is to make complex issues simple to understand and to support men in taking proactive control of their wellbeing so they can perform at their best at any age.
